1. 1 Prepare materials, wash hawthorn and control water

4. 4 Stir-fry over low heat until big white bubbles

   

5. 5 Form into small bubbles, add a few drops of white vinegar, and quickly turn off the heat

   

6. 6 Add hawthorn, stir-fry and coat with sugar until cold
