Ingredients: pumpkin, salted duck egg yolk

Peel the pumpkin, remove seeds, and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices

Put it into boiling water and cook until it is 8 minutes cooked. Remove and control the water

Put the salted duck egg yolk into a bowl and pour in the cooking wine

Steam in a steamer over high heat for 8 minutes

Steamed egg yolks, crushed with a spoon

Mix well

Put appropriate amount of oil in a non-stick pan
