Candied Star Fruit
Overview
Because my little cousin wanted to eat carambola, I made candied carambola, saying that this is the first time I have eaten carambola in such a long time, hehe? It is paired with mango and sago dew, ma Xida (I didn’t have time to take a photo and will upload it next time)

Choose a large star fruit, wash it, and then use a knife to cut off five (or six) hard edges. Note that only the thinner hard edges need to be cut off

Then use a knife to cut into thin slices of five-pointed stars

Sprinkle some white sugar, or brown sugar
