Raw material picture.
-
Rinse the hawthorn with clean water.
-
Soak in light salt water for about 10 minutes.
-
After soaking, rinse with clean water.
-
Take a hawthorn, cut off both ends with a knife, cut it in half (do not chop the seeds), and take out the seeds.
-
After cleaning the seeds, add half the amount of rock sugar and marinate for 30 minutes.
-
Place in a steamer and steam until soft.
-
Put it in a food processor and mash it (I didn’t take a picture of this step, so I forgot about it), then put it in a cooking pot, add the remaining rock sugar, stir-fry until the rock sugar melts, and turn off the heat.
-
Place tin foil in a baking pan and brush with a thin layer of oil.
-
Spread the hawthorn sauce and smooth it out with a spatula.
-
Place in the oven at 80 degrees for 2 hours. (Try to adjust the temperature of your own oven)
-
Bake until the fruit peel can be peeled off.
-
Just roll it up. (You can wrap it in plastic wrap and it can be stored for a long time)
