Overview
The slave thought about it and thought that caviar made from juice would be the best as a decoration on the plate. The little masters will eat it, it will be delicious! ~

Ingredients
Steps
-
The left side is glue powder, and the right side is calcium powder (the amount for one set is about this). It’s a very small amount of powder, but it can make a lot.
-
Juice 250ml. Can be made with drinks. Note: The juice must be sweet, not sour. I once tried making it with home-brewed wine (sweet and sour), but it failed in the end.
-
Add 2 grams of gum powder, a little at a time, to the juice and shake. Add a little more and shake again and again, many times. Why is this so? Because the glue powder is poured in at once, it is convenient, but the clumps cannot be dissolved.
-
After the glue powder melts, the juice becomes thicker but has a lot of foam.
-
Let it sit for a few hours, waiting for the juice to defoam
-
Prepare 1000 grams of water and add calcium powder. Stir. Calcium powder is very soluble in water.
-
Also prepare a basin of water for the caviar to pass through.
-
Use the needle to extract the defoamed juice, and drop the juice into the calcium water drop by drop, and you can see the caviar particles forming one by one. Wait about 1 minute and take it out.
-
Go through the water.
