Caramelized Coconut Milk Sago
Overview
I like the smooth and waxy taste of sago, the crystal clear particles, the aroma of coconut milk, and the caramel slowly dissolving into the fruit, which invisibly increases the sweetness of the fruit.

Steps
-
Ingredients: coconut milk, fragrant pears, brown sugar, cherry tomatoes, sago (already cooked).
-
Add brown sugar to water in a 1:1 ratio and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat.
-
Boil it until it becomes stringy and caramelized.
-
Cut the fruit into small pieces. I did not peel the fragrant pears. In order to retain the nutrients, I just need to clean them.
-
Arrange the cherry tomatoes in a circle around the bottom of the cup.
-
Add fragrant pears and other remaining fruit pieces, leaving 3 or 4 slices of cherry tomatoes for decoration.
-
Spoon a few spoonfuls of caramel over the fruit.
-
Put the sago inside.
-
Finish with additional coconut milk.
