Soak the fungus in advance and set aside

Chop the millet and garlic, and cut the coriander into sections (I forgot to take a photo of the coriander) and set aside

Bring the fungus to a boil over high heat and blanch it for three minutes

Remove the cooked fungus and use cold boiling water, then drain the water and put it into a container, add minced garlic and millet

Pour a little oil into the pan, fry the peanuts until crispy, take them out and set aside

Use the oil used to fry peanuts and sauté Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant, remove and discard

Pour the fried Sichuan peppercorn oil over the chili peppers and minced garlic, and add the fried peanuts

Sprinkle in coriander, mix well and serve
