Soak fresh bayberries in water and white vinegar for ten minutes, then change the water and soak again for ten minutes. Finally, rinse with water for a few minutes, rinse and drain.

Add appropriate amount of water to bayberry and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Continue to simmer for fifteen minutes.

Keep the heat low.

After boiling, turn off the heat and fish out the bayberry.
