Cucumber and Bitter Melon Tea
Overview
The temperature has indeed dropped recently, but it is still very dry and rainless. It is good to make some herbal tea from time to time to moisten it, because this year's cucumber harvest is not bad, and sometimes I accidentally miss the cucumbers, white melons and bitter melons hiding behind the leaves. When I find them, they are already old, so I dry them and make herbal tea. It is good, not as bitter as the herbal tea prescribed in the prescription, and sweet and smooth.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the dried melon into a pot and add about 1/3 of the water;
-
Bring to a boil and then reduce to a low heat;
-
Cover the pot and simmer for about 45 minutes, until the ingredients are translucent and the color has basically come out. It’s not a tonic, so you don’t need to simmer it for too long.
