Japanese confectionery
Overview
Japanese confectionery. Japanese cuisine. Painting a tiger's skin is difficult to paint its bones. It's a pity that I couldn't understand it. I can only roll a ball in the simplest way...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix glutinous rice flour, cornstarch powder and white sugar, add water and stir to form a batter.
-
Then divide into three small portions. Add pink coloring and mix well until it becomes light pink.
-
This one has matcha powder added. It's just that it's close to the window and the light is not very good, so I can't see very clearly.
-
This one has cornmeal added, giving it a light yellow color.
-
After the four portions are steamed, take them out and let them dry until they are slightly warm, then you can start stuffing them.
-
I used red bean paste. You can fill it in whatever you like, including lotus paste filling and mung bean filling.
-
This is the finished product.
-
If you like, you can try it, zero failure
