Overview
Pine nut corn is a traditional famous dish in Northeast China. The richness of corn and the fragrance of pine nuts have always been the favorites of children and female friends. The feeling of lingering fragrance on lips and teeth is something I will never forget.

Soak the sweet corn in water; clean the red and green peppers; set aside the pine nuts.

Dry-fry the pine nuts in a warm wok until slightly brown and fragrant. Pour out and let cool.
