Pine Nuts and Corn

Overview

Pine nut corn is a traditional famous dish in Northeast China. The richness of corn and the fragrance of pine nuts have always been the favorites of children and female friends. The feeling of lingering fragrance on lips and teeth is something I will never forget.

1. 1 Soak the sweet corn in water; clean the red and green peppers; set aside the pine nuts.

   

2. 2 Dry-fry the pine nuts in a warm wok until slightly brown and fragrant. Pour out and let cool.

   

3. 3 Dice red and green peppers

   

4. 4 Heat oil in a pan, add red and green peppers and saute until fragrant

   

5. 5 Add sweet corn, add a little hot water and cook.

   

6. 6 Finally add pine nuts, add salt and sugar and stir well

   

7. 7 OK
