【Liaoning】Original Peanut Nougat
Overview
The New Year is here, every household is preparing New Year’s goods, and candies are essential. Below are the orders I have taken recently. I'm really busy, working during the day. I received a lot of orders in the evenings and weekends. I just finished the Christmas cakes and the nougat orders kept coming. Friends in my food group are eager to ask for my recipe, so I compiled it today and shared it with you. If you like it, take a look:

Steps
-
Prepare the peanuts (new peanuts are relatively moist). If the oven is not preheated, turn the heat to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn over and continue baking for 5 minutes. You have to be flexible.
-
Take the peanuts out of the oven, let them cool, put them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin, then pour them into a baking pan and prepare to peel them. (In summer, you can use a hair dryer to blow the peanut skins out the window. In winter, I blow them outside downstairs.)
-
Have all materials ready
-
Be sure to use a non-stick pan, add butter and wait until it melts.
-
After all the butter is melted, add marshmallows
-
Flip slowly and don't rush the heat.
-
When all the marshmallows are melted, add milk powder in batches and mix well.
-
Finally add the chopped peanuts and stir well to avoid burning the pot
-
When everything is combined, pour into a non-stick baking pan
-
Spread the surface with oil cloth (for baking) and roll it out flat with a rolling pin
-
Refrigerate for about 90 minutes. Turn the marshmallow upside down on the cutting board (first pry open the sides with a silicone spatula and then turn it upside down) and cut into sugar cubes of the required size.

Pack and serve
