Garlic Chicken Chop Rice
Overview
Today I grilled garlic chicken chops in Changdi electric oven and served it with rice to make garlic chicken chop rice. I used garlic barbecue ingredients purchased online. The garlic is rich and very simple. Thinking about having to go back to work next Tuesday, it feels melancholy.

Wash the chicken breasts and legs and tap lightly with the back of a knife to loosen the chicken tissue and make it easier to absorb the flavor.

Cut into three pieces from the middle into evenly thick slices.

Mix one spoon of cooking wine and one spoon of cooking oil at a ratio of 35-40 grams of marinade for every 500 grams of chicken, knead and massage, put it in a plastic bag, and put it in the refrigerator for one night to let it taste. (The oil is added to prevent the chicken steak from being too dry when grilled.)

Line the baking sheet with tin foil, place the chicken steaks one by one, preheat the oven, put the baking sheet in the middle layer, heat up and down to 200 degrees, and turn on the fan function for 10 minutes.

Take out the chicken cutlets, brush with a layer of honey water (my usual ratio of honey to water is 1:1), flip it over and bake in the oven for another 5 minutes.
