Cherry yogurt smoothie
Overview
During the summer vacation, when children came to the house temporarily, we ate fruit in a different way, including big cherries and a cup of yogurt. Stir it in a cooking cup and it takes 3 minutes. Sprinkle some small desserts as you like, add some ice if you like, and a super simple smoothie is ready. The original afternoon tea is loved by the elderly and children. It is rich in nutrients, delicious and not fattening.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak fresh large cherries in light salt water for 10 minutes, then wash them repeatedly.
-
Prepare a box of yogurt, or you can use fresh milk. My children wanted yogurt flavor, so they used yogurt, which is sweet and sour.
-
Remove the core from the washed cherries and cut into small pieces.
-
Pour yogurt into a cooking cup.
-
Pour the cut cherry pulp into a cooking cup.
-
Turn on the power and juice directly. I use the simplest juicer. You can use a wall breaker for better results.
-
Make the smoothie and sprinkle some small desserts or dried fruits on top. If you like a cold drink, you can add some ice cubes or put it into a container and put it directly in the freezer for 3-5 minutes before putting it in the cup. Then take it out and pour it into the cup. The ice-cold taste is also favored by children.
