I have never made roasted eggplant at home, and today is my debut. Although I don’t usually like to eat eggplant at home, the delicious grilled eggplant will make me fall in love with eggplant slowly.

Wash the eggplant, chop the garlic and millet wine and set aside.

Cut the eggplant in half and make a few deep cuts on it to facilitate the flavor. Be careful not to break the skin, and brush the surface with a layer of oil. At the same time, preheat the oven to 170, put the eggplant in and bake for about 10 minutes.
