Cut the longan into pieces one by one with scissors, be sure to leave the stem.

Add water to the pot and boil the water. Pour in the processed longan, wait until the water boils again, and scoop it up.

Put it outdoors to dry. Or bake at the bottom temperature of the oven. I used the drying method, and this is what it looks like after one day of drying.
