Daughter’s birthday cake

Overview

It was my daughter’s birthday and she asked me early what kind of cake I wanted to make for her. I've been busy making mooncakes these days, so I'll just make the simplest one, since I don't know how to decorate it anyway.

1. 1 inch chiffon cake.

   

2. 2 Three pieces. (Please ignore the knife skills)

   

3. 3 Drain the water from the yellow peach and cut into small cubes.

   

4. 4 Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and half a drop of pink coloring to 400ml of whipped cream and whip until it becomes stagnant

   

5. 5 Take a piece of cake and place it on the cake tray, spread a thin layer of whipped cream on top and top with diced yellow peach.

   

6. 6 Cover with a piece of cake, continue to mix the whipping cream, and add diced yellow peach.

   

7. 7 Cover with the third cake slice and trim the edges with scissors.

   

8. 8 Spread remaining whipping cream and smooth.

   

9. 9 Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and a little blue food coloring to another 100ml of whipping cream, whip it, put it into a piping bag, squeeze a circle around the edge, put the blackberries on it, and decorate it with colored sugar.
