Yogurt, seafood, egg and potato pancakes

Yesterday when I was buying seafood and scallops in the supermarket, I thought of Chua Lam’s cuisine where he likes to ask senior chefs to cook an egg, so I thought of using scallops to fry oil-free egg pancakes. Then I read on Weibo and saw that Chua Lam used marinated seafood fish intestines and soft cheese mixed with the current wine and food. He said it is one of the most delicious delicacies in the world. No. The oiled seafood and egg pancake turned into an irregular shape when poured into the newly bought 24cm pan, and the amount of egg liquid in one egg was too small in the 24cm pan. After thinking about it, I changed it to a Thai yogurt dish. As a result, it tasted more delicious than the seafood and egg pancake!

Mix the eggs and clam meat evenly
