Casserole porridge--Three yellow porridge
Overview
The old casserole was completely gone and replaced with a new one. While cooking porridge, I also took care of the casserole

I bought the small pumpkin and haven’t eaten it yet. Half is enough. This amount is enough for two bowls of porridge. I forgot to take a picture of the fine corn stubble, I took it when I was adding it
-
Prepare a handful and a half millet, wash and soak for ten minutes. If you like it thinner, just add a handful. When you add the cornstarch later, the porridge will become sticky
-
Cut half a pumpkin into thin slices. When cutting, remove some hard lumps on the skin to avoid affecting the taste
-
Add the pumpkin slices to the soaked millet, bring to a pot and cook over low heat.
-
After the water boils, simmer over low heat for about five to eight minutes, then add the spinach
-
Use a spoon to break up the lumps into small pieces. Breaking into fine pieces can increase the taste of the porridge, but the pieces must be small, otherwise there will be raw food in the middle
-
Cover and turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes. Open the lid and check whether the pumpkin slices become translucent. If they are translucent, they are ripe. If they are not translucent, boil the pot and simmer for five minutes
-
It's cooked.
