Wash the white radish you bought, cut it into thin slices (thinner will make it easier and more flavorful), put it in a clean basin, add two tablespoons of salt, and let the radish soak for a while until the water comes out. This step can take a few minutes to drain the water from the basin. Finally, you can put on disposable gloves, hold the radish slices in your hands, and squeeze out the excess water! (Any method will do, as long as it can remove the moisture from the radish)
