Black San Chop (improved version)
Overview
The chef in the cafeteria bought Kunming rose kohlrabi from Taobao and said it should be fried black and chopped into three pieces. I have heard of it, but to put it bluntly, there is nothing delicious about stir-fried pickles. After the chef finished frying, he brought us some. I tasted it specially and decided to buy kohlrabi and fry it myself. The chef specifically told me to put some mushrooms in it, it was delicious. The spiciness is moderate, making it a good choice for porridge, rice, and noodles.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Here are all the materials we need, it's that simple.
-
We soak the mushrooms in hot water and cut them into cubes for later use.
-
Wash the surface of the kohlrabi, cut into cubes, and place on a plate to cool.
-
Cut the pork belly into small cubes and set aside. I use more meat.
-
Cut green and red chilies into small circles and set aside. Children who like spicy food can add more.
-
Pour oil into the hot pan. Don't use too much oil. The pork belly we used will still produce oil during the stir-frying process.
-
Add pork belly and stir-fry.
-
After the meat is stir-fried, we add dark soy sauce and stir-fry.
-
Add the mushrooms and kohlrabi and fry together.
-
Before serving, add green and red peppers. Don't fry the green and red peppers until they are cooked, just put them in before putting them in the pot, otherwise the taste will be bad if they are fried.

It's out of the pot. Does it smell good?
