Walnut cheese
Overview
Walnut cheese was once a tonic used by the royal court and is very suitable for drinking in autumn and winter. The combination of walnuts and jujubes allows the nutrients to be fully released and absorbed by the body. I have been making this drink for my family in the fall and winter for 3 consecutive years. The recipe is simple and the taste is very good.
