Post-holiday bowel cleansing----------salted egg and mustard greens soup
Overview
I haven't had a party at home for three days on New Year's Day. I eat and drink outside every day in the name of celebrating the festival. I am lazy, but my stomach is uncomfortable. I either have difficulty digesting or sleep until midnight with dry mouth and get up to find water. So, it is necessary to clear the stomach.

Soak mustard greens in water and wash.

Cut the washed mustard greens into small pieces and shred the ginger.

Put oil in the pot, heat it over high heat, add shredded ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Add mustard greens and stir-fry until green.

Transfer to a clay pot, add water to cover the ingredients, cover the lid and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat.
