The chestnut puree I made as a cake for a friend's birthday was very delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Rinse the frozen chestnuts with water. (Fresh chestnuts are better.)
-
Put the chestnuts into a small pot, pour in water that covers the chestnuts, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
-
Boiled chestnuts can be easily pierced with chopsticks.
-
Crush the chestnuts into powder using a mesh sieve. (You can also use a food processor to add water and stir. This method has a lot of water and needs to be stir-fried to dry up the water.)
-
All are sifted, very fine and dry, saving you the trouble of frying.
-
Butter and sugar.
-
Dissolve in microwave or hot water.
-
Pour into the chestnut puree and mix well.

Very delicious chestnut puree, can be used as filling or cake. My daughter has been eating secretly.
