Prepare glass, milk and espresso liquid

Beat the milk into dense milk foam

Scrape off the rough bubbles on the upper layer

Pour into a cup, filling half of the cup

Use a spoon against the wall of the cup and slowly pour in the espresso liquid

Use a spoon to spread the remaining milk foam over the top of the cup

Sprinkle cocoa powder on the surface

A cup of gradient coffee is ready (you can add syrup and chocolate sauce if you don’t like the original flavor)
