Grilled pineapple with milky honey sauce
Overview
I bought a pineapple and brought it home. My husband refused to eat it and destroyed half of it. Even though the pineapple had been soaked in salt water, the entire tongue was still numb the next day and everything I ate tasted bitter. It felt like a pity to throw it away, so I could only process it in the oven, but it was all digested by the person who doesn't eat pineapple.

Steps
-
Raw materials
-
Rinse the pineapple.
-
Cut into slices about 3mm thick.
-
Add half a spoonful of salt to a small basin and add water to dissolve.
-
Soak pineapple slices in lightly salted water for 20 minutes.
-
Control the water content of the pineapple slices and arrange them evenly on the grilling net, placing large pieces in as much as possible.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Bake for half an hour first.
-
At this time, the surface of the pineapple slices is slightly dry, but the inside is still moist and thick. Topped with condensed milk, it has a light milky aroma. I personally think it is good to eat as a side dish with meat or roasted vegetables.
-
Continue to bake for half an hour. At this time, the pineapple is basically dry, the edges are slightly burnt, and the meat is also dry, more like eating preserved fruit.
-
Sprinkle it with sugar or honey while it's hot for a better taste.
