Pastry Cheese Puffs
Overview
I tried it out on a whim last night, and I didn’t expect it to work the first time. The method is simple, easy to operate, and fast. I didn’t do enough the first time, but I didn’t feel satisfied so I tried it again

Thaw the pastry, beat the eggs with water, and preheat the oven to 180°

Use a cookie cutter to cut the pastry into pieces and place them on the baking paper in order on the baking sheet

Use a pastry brush to brush with egg wash

Sprinkle shredded cheese in the middle of part of the puff pastry, cover it with the puff pastry without cheese, and pinch it with your hands slightly

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the puffs puff up slightly
