Cut the tomatoes into cross patterns and pour boiling water from the top

Tear off the outer skin

Cut into small cubes

Place in a food processor and puree

Put into a small pot and add rock sugar

Bring to a boil over low heat and add starch

Stir until thickened and turn off heat

Spread a layer of shredded coconut in the mold

Place into the mold, smoothen the surface, and refrigerate for one hour
