Ingredients: Green peppers (washed), cooked pig tongue, cauliflower (washed)

Place the washed green peppers on the cutting board and cut them into pieces, set aside.

Place the cooked pork tongue on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add cauliflower and stir-fry.

Then, add appropriate amount of water.

Stir-fry until cooked through.

Then, add the chopped green peppers and stir-fry until cooked through.

Then, add the sliced cooked pork tongue and stir-fry.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
