Overview

The chive flower sauce was ground by my mother from the chive flowers she bought in the market. I added a very small amount of salt. After being sealed for more than a week, the bottle was filled with the scent of chives. Compared with the salty taste of the bottled ones on the market, it was really delicious. Tried using it to stir-fry loofah, it had a unique flavor.

  1. Peel the loofah.

  2. Cut into hob pieces.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add loofah and stir-fry.

  4. Dilute chive paste with water.

  5. When the loofah is fried until soft, pour in the leek flower sauce.
