Wash an apple and peel it.

Remove the core.

Cut into small pieces.

Boil an appropriate amount of rock sugar, add the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to low heat and simmer for about ten minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for about one minute.
