Baked potato skins
Overview
When eating Western food, my daughter recommended a Mexican baked potato skin. It was delicious, a bit like crispy potato pizza! I tried it at home today. I used the baking method and the potato skins were not crispy at all! Next time I'll try frying it! But it tastes pretty good!
