The net weight of the squid after cleaning is 400 grams

Cut into strips about 3cm wide for marinating

The pickling seasoning can be slightly salty and the amount should be adjusted according to your own taste. Marinate for 2-4 hours as you like

Use bamboo skewers to pierce them into skewers or grill them without skewers until they are squid rings

Place a piece of tin foil on a baking sheet or grilling net and put the skewered squid on top. The squid tentacles will not be rolled up when cooked without skewers

Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. You can also adjust the temperature appropriately according to the temperature of your own oven
