A neighbor sent us freshly picked green beans.

Pick and wash the beans.

Prepare minced garlic and pickled peppercorns.

Boil a pot of water, add an appropriate amount of oil and salt into the pot, and blanch the green beans in the pot.

Blanch for 2~3 minutes and remove.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté minced garlic and pickled pepper.

Pour in the green beans, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

When the time is up, the water will soon dry up, turn off the heat and remove from the pot.
