Sweet and sour and delicious - Lemon Cookies
Overview
Love this cookie! Mainly because it has the sweetness and crispness of other biscuits and the refreshing sourness of lemon. I tried making it today, but it didn’t cut well and there were burrs. But it tastes really good.
