Peel the pumpkin, cut into thin slices, add a small amount of sugar, and microwave for 8 minutes to form pumpkin puree.

After adding glutinous rice flour and pumpkin and kneading it until it doesn't stick to your hands, wrap 30g of pumpkin puree with 8g of sesame filling (fry the sesame powder in butter to make granules).

Use toothpicks to make the pumpkin shape, and wolfberries to make the handles or raisins.

Steam the dumplings in cold water for 8 minutes. Do not over-steam the dumplings, as they will deform.
