After the pumpkin is peeled and steamed, put it into a juicer and crush it into flour. Add sugar and yeast and knead it into a smooth dough. No need to add it.

Knead the fermented dough until it is smooth, roll it into thin sheets and use a mold to dig out the shape of small flowers.

Heat a pan over low heat, put in the buns and cover with a lid. Heat slowly over low heat. Flip over when one side is browned and fry until golden brown on both sides.
