Chilled arrowroot jelly
Overview
The weather is very hot, so why not have a bowl of ice-cold homemade dessert? It’s simple and easy to make, and it’s also a great way to relieve the heat!

Steps
-
Take out the wild arrowroot powder and pour it into a bowl (everyone likes the amount). I have one bag here for one person.
-
Mix with a little cold boiled water, not too much, just enough to wet all the powder without clumping. Stir until liquid.
-
Pour boiled hot water into the bowl immediately. The hotter the better, otherwise it will not condense.
-
Stir evenly with chopsticks until the arrowroot powder becomes a transparent paste.
-
Fill a container with some tap water, put the bowl in the water to cool down, then put it in the refrigerator to chill for more than an hour.
-
Take it out of the refrigerator and cut it into small pieces with a knife. You can also cut it into strips.
-
Take another bowl and mix a spoonful of honey water with cold boiled water. (I also chilled the water beforehand)
-
Pour the iced honey water on top of the arrowroot jelly and mix it slightly. The crystal clear iced arrowroot jelly is done!
