Canned yellow peach

I went shopping today and found yellow peaches very cheap, so I bought some more. My husband and I both like this taste very much.

Four yellow peaches.

Rock sugar

Wash the yellow peaches, peel them, and cut each yellow peach into four pieces (you can also cut it into more small pieces, I think it looks better when cut into four pieces).

Put the yellow peaches in a cooking pot, add water (if you like canned juice, you can add more), and bring to a boil over high heat.

After the water boils, add rock sugar according to personal taste and simmer over low heat for twenty minutes.

I filled a can and left it for my husband who was on a business trip, and put the rest in a bowl for myself. I like to drink canned juice and leave the pulp for my husband, haha
