This sweet and sour pork ribs was taught to me by my wife, and then I combined it with some of Lao Yang’s methods in the food world, and then improved it myself, in order to suit the taste of my pregnant wife

Blanch the pork ribs, then change the water and cook for 30 minutes

Take out the ribs and set aside the soup used to cook the ribs

Marinate with light soy sauce, cornstarch, and a little cooking wine for 30 minutes

Fry the ribs until golden, take them out, then pour half the bowl of sugar used to cook the ribs into the pot, then add the ribs, add 50 grams of sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, cover the pot and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes
