"Mustard" shepherd's purse

Wash the shepherd's purse and expose it to the sun for one day

After drying, cut into sections. Heat the pot, add mustard greens, stir-fry quickly,

When the mustard greens are warm, quickly scoop them up (fry for about a minute) and put them into a container

Put into container and flatten.

Cover with a vegetable plate, put the container into the water, and let it sit overnight.

After one night, the mustard greens turn yellow

Wash again

Heat the pan, stir-fry the mustard greens to dry out the water

Add oil, salt and soy sauce to taste. (You don’t need too much seasoning, otherwise it will destroy the excitement of the mustard)

The stems have more of a mustard feel.
