1. 1 Ingredients, sweet potatoes, red dates.

   

2. 2 Wash and peel the sweet potatoes without cutting them. Put them directly into the pot and add red dates and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

   

3. 3 Add purified water and simmer.

   

4. 4 Stew until the water dries up, then poke it with chopsticks and it becomes tender!

   

5. 5 The finished product is sweet and soft!
