Choose two high-quality apples

Peel the apple, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces [Don’t throw away the apple skin]

Put the apples and peel into a bowl and add half a bowl of water

Put it into a pressure cooker and steam for 10 minutes [Steam over medium heat]

Don't take out the steamed apples in a hurry. Let them simmer in the pot for a while before taking them out.

Discard the apple skin and crush the pulp with a spoon. You can eat it directly, or you can cool it and put it in a sealed jar and refrigerate it.
