Cook the sago until translucent, then stop the heat and cover the pot for 10 minutes.

When the sago is completely transparent, take it out and set aside.

Steam the purple sweet potatoes until cooked, about 15 minutes. Cut into pieces and set aside for later use.

Dice the mango and set aside.

Put the sago in a bowl, pour in the coconut milk, and top with the purple potato dices and mango.
