Cut into thin slices of about 7mm.

After adjusting the shape, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Beat the eggs and brush with egg wash.

Sprinkle another layer of sugar and put it in the oven at 150 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
