Prepare three bottles, pure milk, sugar, and lactic acid bacteria.

Pour a 250ml can of milk into three bottles.

Add a small spoonful of sugar to each vial and mix well.

Finally, add a quarter pack of lactic acid bacteria, because one pack can make one thousand milliliters of milk, and stir well. Then put it in the yogurt machine and don't stir it again.

The yogurt will be ready when you wake up the next morning. It is better to eat after cooling in the refrigerator. When eating, put blueberry sauce on it. If you add fresh blueberries, it will taste really good! It's comparable to the yogurt sold outside for 11 or 2 yuan a bottle. The key is that it's cheap and hygienic to make it yourself.
