Remove the head and internal organs from the squid and wash it.

Tear off the fish skin.

Cut into squid rings.

Add cumin powder to squid rings and mix well.

Add olive oil and mix well.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil.

Place squid rings on baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet in the oven, heat it up and down to 180 degrees, and bake for about 10 minutes.

Grilled squid rings.

Plate the squid and enjoy. You can also add some cumin powder of your choice.
