Cool chestnut cake

Overview

Summer is here, and I like to make some snacks to relieve the summer heat. I happen to have chestnuts at home today, so I will make a chestnut cake.

1. 1 First put the chestnuts in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.

3. 3 Put the chestnuts into a bowl and mash them with a rolling pin until they become powdery

   

4. 4 Sieve the chestnuts into a basin

   

5. 5 Add milk and powdered sugar to chestnut flour

   

6. 6 Add chopped chestnuts

   

7. 7 Stir the chestnut cake evenly

   

8. 8 Roll the chestnut cake into a ball, flatten it and sprinkle with chopped chestnuts
