Defrost Argentinian red shrimp and cut off the shrimp legs.

Make a knife from the back to remove the shrimp line and intestines, clean and drain them and set aside.

Chop the garlic.

Finely chop the red pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour into a bowl, add cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, and crushed red pepper and stir evenly.

Spoon the garlic sauce into the back of the red shrimp.

Steam in a pot of boiling water for about 3-4 minutes. Adjust the steaming time appropriately according to the size of the shrimp.
