Pumpkin Millet Porridge
Overview
My mother traveled to other places and stayed in Chongqing for a week. Because my mother is older and has high blood pressure, she cannot eat too many meaty dishes for health reasons, so every night I stir-fry vegetarian dishes and make rice porridge, one of which is pumpkin and millet porridge. It's very, very simple, no tricks, just throw the millet and pumpkin into the pot and cook. O(∩_∩)O
